Liz Smith no es ajeno a la etapa o la pantalla de hecho. Desde la edad de cuatro años ha actuado en programas de televisión y anuncios publicitarios, películas, teatro y danza, e incluso rechazó la oportunidad de convertirse en la vida real de Disney Princesa Cenicienta para asumir su papel más importante hasta la fecha; Guinness World Records Conciliador.
